Monitoring

Your automations should still work tomorrow.

Automations do not fail dramatically. An API changes, a token expires, a page moves — and something quietly stops happening. Guardian is what notices.

Done automatically

Why teams automate this

You find out, not your customer

A broken automation is detected on the run it breaks, not at the end of the month when the numbers do not add up.

Errors in plain language

Not "HTTP 401". Instead: the connection to Stripe has expired, here is the button to reconnect it.

A record of what happened

Every run is logged with its result, its duration and its data, which is what makes an occasional problem diagnosable.

What you can automate

What is watched, continuously.

  • Whether each automation is running at all
  • Success and failure of every execution
  • Execution logs, kept and searchable
  • Automatic retries when a failure is temporary
  • Alerts through the channel your team actually reads
  • Health of every connected API
  • Credentials and tokens approaching expiry
  • Incoming webhook delivery
  • Run durations, and when they start drifting

Questions people ask

What happens when something breaks at 3am?
Temporary failures are retried automatically. If the problem persists, an alert goes out with the diagnosis so the fix takes minutes when someone picks it up.
Can Erganos fix problems on its own?
For a narrow set of safe, reversible cases, and only if you enable it. Anything that touches money, customers or data waits for a person by default.
How long are logs kept?
Long enough to investigate a pattern rather than just an incident. Retention is set per plan and can be extended where you need a longer audit trail.
